Apparently nobody noticed that the British trio’s “Supermassive Black Hole” kicked off the chart-topping “Twilight” soundtrack? Or how their rousing new anthem, “Uprising,” is igniting modern rock radio? Well, perhaps their fifth album, the self-produced “The Resistance,” will prick up a few ears. After all, the histrionic “United States of Eurasia” makes Queen sound downright timid by comparison. Then there’s the ambitious album capper, the three-part “Exogenesis: Symphony.”
