
Okay, Okay, so animated children’s stories usually do not fit your demographic. That’s completely reasonable and sane, because too much Bambi is a red flag. However, Pixar is the one exception to the formula, a company that produces animated stories beloved by adults maybe as much as children.

Up! was a huge box office hit this summer and is released on DVD, today, November 10th. Pixar’s latest animated wonder is the fantastical journey of a curmudgeonly senior citizen (voiced by Edward Asner) and an overeager cub scout. The adventure all begins when their house is lifted out of its urban foundation, propelling them into a South American journey for the ages.
