Chuck Norris shares tale of encounter with homeless in Santa Cruz

Chuck Norris, who writes a syndicated column, recently shared a story about a family visit to Santa Cruz and an encounter with a homeless man. "For part of our summer vacation, we spent a few days at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, in California. One night, on the way back to our hotel, we passed three homeless men.
