Livingston Joins Cold Case Playing Card Program

The Livingston County Sheriff's Department joined a new program to help solve past crimes. It's called the Cold Case Playing Card Program. Inmates at all New York jails will receive a deck of cards. They contain a photograph and information about a missing person case or an unsolved homicide.
