PORTLAND, Ore. -- The Portland Trail Blazers will have the 13th overall pick in June's NBA draft. Portland had a 96 percent chance of landing the 13th selection in Tuesday night's draft lottery, and just a 0.6 percent chance of winning the No. 1 pick.
