'4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days': Romanian film a revelation

The disturbing, revelatory “4 Months, 3 Weeks and 2 Days” from Romanian writer-director Cristian Mungiu is a virtuoso display of the power of film. Although it was shut out of the Oscars, it won the Palme D'Or at the Cannes Film Festival and was named best foreign film by the Chicago Film Critics, Toronto Film Critics and the National Society of Film Critics.
